Incorporated on October 24, 1994, we started our first construction job in January 1995. Over the past
fifteen years we have grown from strength to strength, with an average turnover of more than 16 million
dollars in the 4 years to 2008.
We specialize in housing and have constructed many fine homes around the island. We also do
commercial work, including Pelican Village, Hipac Cold Storage, the Multi-Storey Car Park at Sheraton
Centre and Banks Holdings Mini Mall at Warrens. Since 2006, we have completed two condominium
projects, at Mantaray Bay and Beach View in Paynes' Bay, St. James, and are currently building
Ocean 2, a 7-storey condominium on Dover Beach.
